Male’: The Economic Ministry has launched a new online platform called the Business Facilitation Portal to help businesses raise concerns and resolve difficulties more easily.
The ministry said businesses can use the portal to submit issues and complaints online. It will also provide a platform to ask questions and share suggestions.

Businesses will also be able to check the status of their submissions through the portal. This includes updates on decisions and the stage of the response process.
The ministry said the portal is intended to make its services easier to access. It will reduce the need for businesses to rely on email, phone calls or visiting the ministry in person.
The ministry said the new platform will make it easier for businesses to communicate with the ministry and receive the support they need.
