President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has said the upcoming People’s National Congress (PNC) congress will be one of the most significant and successful democratic gatherings held in the Maldives.
Speaking at a party rally in AA. Ukulhas, President Muizzu called on PNC members to prepare for the congress, describing it as a national-level event that would represent members from across the country.
He said the meeting would demonstrate strong political values, including respectful conduct, unity and ethical decision-making. The President also stressed that all decisions at the congress would be made through democratic processes.
The PNC congress is scheduled to take place in September.
