EyeCare, the Maldives’ leading eye care provider and largest dedicated eye hospital, has partnered with global optics leader ZEISS to become the exclusive ZEISS Vision Expert in the Maldives.
The collaboration marks a major milestone in EyeCare’s commitment to delivering world-class eye care and advanced vision solutions, combining local clinical expertise with ZEISS’s global leadership in precision optics.
Through this partnership, EyeCare will offer ZEISS lens technologies and internationally recognised optical expertise, enabling more personalised and accurate vision care solutions for customers across the Maldives.
At the official launch ceremony, Minister of Health, Family and Welfare Geela Ali inaugurated the ZEISS VisuFit technology, a digital platform that provides precise 3D measurements and personalised eyewear consultations to improve comfort, visual performance and customer experience.
The VisuFit system also supports a wide range of ZEISS lens
solutions designed for different needs, including digital lifestyles, everyday vision, and customised correction options.
EyeCare, which has served the Maldives for over two decades, continues to expand its services through hospitals, clinics, and optical outlets nationwide, aiming to improve access to advanced eye care technologies.
The partnership launch was attended by government officials, ZEISS representatives, healthcare professionals, and invited guests, and included live demonstrations of ZEISS VisuFit and presentations on new vision technologies.
