Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and its first foldable iPhone at a September event, according to recent reports.
The event is expected to be held on September 9 at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, California.
Some reports have suggested September 8, but the latest prediction favours September 9. Apple has not yet officially announced the date.
Pre-orders are expected to begin on September 12, followed by the general release of the new iPhones on September 18.
The report also expects Apple to release iOS 27 on September 14, bringing the new software to compatible iPhone models.
One of the biggest announcements is expected to be Apple’s first foldable iPhone, which could be called the iPhone Ultra.
The device is expected to be unveiled alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, although there is still uncertainty over whether it will go on sale at the same time.
Reviews of the new iPhone models are expected to be published around September 16, ahead of the reported September 18 launch.
Apple has yet to confirm the event date, product names or release schedule, meaning the reported dates remain subject to change.
